Carlington Community Health Centre has a mission to improve, support and promote the health and well-being of the people and diverse communities they serve. This includes their own staff!
To make sure that CCHC employees feel valued and nurtured, they hold regular staff retreats on site with food, fun, laughter and learning. We were very honoured to be invited to share one of these days with them. Their cohesiveness as a team was inspiring, and they were more than enthusiastic about getting to their feet to learn Metis jig with us! What a wonderful experience!
